RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be responsible for analyzing business and systems requirements. 

? Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements.

? Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, and recommends alternative solutions (such as to develop or buy software/hardware) and project strategy and deliverable prioritization. Performs all functions of an analyst.

? Performs cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and ROI (return on investments) Develops high level plans.

? Able to perform as a Team Leader when necessary. 

? Facilitates workshops, such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions. Produces data and process models.

? Possesses technical background in required applications and tools.

 

The Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

? Management requirements

? Lead and participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to document and develop business requirements into preliminary and detailed design documents.

? Use the Rational Unified Project (RUP) and Rational Suite of tools to document and validate requirements.

? Work with multiple customer groups to document user, system, and functional requirements.

? Document existing business processes with Visio including flow diagrams, new procedures, and interdepartmental processes.

? Document new departmental processes as required to support the business system analyst council and project management office.

? Testing: Develop unit, system, and integration test plans and create test scripts from detailed design documents. Participate in integration testing, defect tracking, and acceptance testing and make recommendations for system improvements. Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)

REQUIRED SKILLS

? A good understanding of SAP Solution set ?

o  IS-Oil ? Production/Revenue Accounting (PRA), Joint Venture Accounting (JVA),Production Sharing Agreements (PSA), and Plant Maintenance (PM)

o  SAP FICO

o  Exchanges (EXC)

o  SAP COPA

? 5-10 years of experience (senior)      

? Qualified applicants will have focused a large part of their work experience on implementing multi phase SAP projects/programs and possess skills in business process analysis, issue / risk management, communications, and systems implementation projects.

? A proven functional professional, with full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations and large-scale SAP implementation experience. 

? Strong experience implementing and configuring SAP FICO.

? The ability to travel 80%

? Previous SAP IS-Oil experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work with cross team and external dependencies

? A minimum of 5 years experience and a  successful track record in the delivery of  SAP Implementations

? 2-5 years in system analysis or design.

? 3-5 years managing technical requirements

? Proven experience implementing commercial/enterprise development projects over several production releases.

? Demonstrated knowledge of process flowcharting using Visio or other flowchart tools.

? Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround.

? Ability to operate effectively in a rapid growth/high change environment.

? Ability to manage client expectations and client satisfaction.

? Demonstrated project management and solution documentation skills.
