SAP QM Analyst

Manpower Professional has a client in Eastern NC in need of a skilled SAP Functional / Support Analyst for a permanent position (w/relcoation). This is a key role supporting the SAP initiatives for a large pharmaceutical company. Job duties will include:

- Responsible for requirements gathering, process modeling and configuration of SAP R/3, with specific focus on QM, MM, PP, and FICO
- Provide site level support to a broad range of users in a manufacturing environment. Functional and project work will be performed in conjunction with production support and problem resolution as needed. Candidates must be willing to provide frequent support at all levels.
- Initiate changes in plant procedures and coordinate with the SAP core team to accommodate the successful integration of the SAP software into the plant culture.
- Act as focal point for SAP issues and serve as liaison to corporate SAP team
- Develop plans for successful implementation of the SAP software in all facets of the manufacturing and quality functions within the plant.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

5+ years of support and functional SAP experience with a focus on QM, PP, PM, MM and FICO
Previous experience working in support of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including strong knowledge of FDA regulations.
Excellent project management, team, and communications skills
