SAP SD CONFIGURATION LEAD

The Configuration Lead will be responsible for delivering enhancements and operational support in the Order To Cash workstream as utilized in the global deployment of SAP currently ongoing in The Timken Company.  The primary responsibilities for the position are as follows:

 

1. Leads a team of internal professionals including supervision, allocation of work assignments, training and development and general communications.  Also supervision and direction of external consultants on an ongoing basis. 

 

2. Provides project leadership for new deployments.

 

3. As needed provides technical configuration support in areas of expertise.

 

4. Participates as requested on cross-functional teams to address business needs and objectives.



Requirements:Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relative experience; Masters and 7+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience with SAP; with 3+ of SD and related processes. Experience working for a manufacturing company  Experience with project management (as a lead; or member of team) Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
