Job Description and Responsibilities:

Band I. Relocation available to domestic applicants only.

Manage the design of risk-based business process controls and security roles for the Enterprise Systems Project. Manage compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, and ensure control designs adequately achieve Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Provide added project value through establishment of cost-effective control and security procedures, and related documentation, testing, and training.
Process Design:

Communicate business process, security, infrastructure and data integrity strategies and solutions across multiple departments and process teams within the organization and project.
Facilitate the process for designing and implementing business process, security, infrastructure and data integrity controls.
Provide risk-based control and security designs for each of the process teams, complying with functional, technical and organizational requirements, and providing compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations.

 

-Establish and maintain processes for design, documentation, testing, and training in controls and security.
-Establish the processes for integrating controls and security within the process team design environment, including documentation, approval, testing, and training.
-Provide design and configuration information to incorporate into the project toolsets for control and security design.
-Establish schedules for control and security design that align with the process team work schedules.
-Monitor security and control deliverables for each of the process teams to ensure timely completion and approval of deliverables.
-Coordinate security role design with technology, readiness and training, and CISO to assure a consistent, holistic approach.
-Establish metrics and reporting for control and security design status to address peer and management requirements.
-Keep project personnel apprised of the team's control and security methodologies, activities, and status.
-Maintain awareness of changes to project deliverables, timeline, and budget and adjust security and control resources accordingly.
-Manage, maintain, and adjust control and security design methodologies to meet changing project requirements, constraints and goals.
-Share best practices across the project, particularly those related to process, sub-process, activity and functional design and control/security design.
-Interact with Corporate, Divisional and EPMO Management to understand upcoming changes in business practices, organizational structures, or technological solutions to support control and security design processes.
-Design and implement plans for actively managing internal and external resources allocating as needed to the process teams for control and security design
-Supervise the design of control and security processes, and related documentation, testing procedures, training procedures, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
-Build cross-functional team communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
-Work with peers and project team members to develop their knowledge of security and control methodologies.
-Effectively motivate assigned team members to deliver quality results.
-Provide timely completion of security and control requirements, adjusting resources as required to achieve timeline, budget and quality goals.
-Communicate to team management any delays or issues with completion of the control and security requirements for the process teams.
