Network and Systems Software Specialist

 

 

We are seeking a Network and Systems Software Specialist in our Springfield, Missouri location. 

 

This professional will provide technical support to our customers running our applications.  This is a highly customer-driven position that involves taking support calls on hardware and system issues, both on a UNIX and Windows environment.  In addition to providing support to our products, the Network and Systems Software Specialist supports the initial load and configuration of the servers before they are shipped to the customer sites. 

 

The ideal candidate will have:Problem solving skills Ability to communicate effectively Excellent follow-through skillsOutstanding customer service and communication skills Windows system and server system support experienceKnowledge of OracleExperience with Unix system configuration and system support preferredMicrosoft certification preferred  Four year degree preferred
