The Marketing team in Boston is focused on creating and driving strategic marketing initiatives that educate and improve LPL advisors understanding and use of the tools and resources produced by LPL Research; this includes managing, editing, creating and producing all LPL Research output for LPL advisors, clients, recruits, internal communications and training.

 

Candidate Profile:

Essential Functions: Ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing design and maintenance of print and web ready pieces, including, but not limited to: publications, brochures, postcards, video commentaries and various marketing collateral.

 

Responsibilities include:

-  Preparing files for final output and attending press checks

-  Documenting design procedures

-  Maintain brand standard

-  Icon and image creation for presentations

-  Filming and editing of digital videos

-  Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage time and workload effectively and efficiently

-  Must be flexible during peak workload periods

-  Strong web printing and production experience

-  Management of graphic designer

 

  Qualifications:

-  1-3 years industry experience

-  Bachelor?s Degree in Graphic Design

-  Strong print design ability

-  Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Adobe Acrobat, In Design, Word on a Mac platform

-  Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Sorensen Squeeze, PowerPoint and Flash on PC platform a plus

 

Candidate must be able to function independently, be dependable, detail-oriented and well organized. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. BA in Graphic Design or related field with 3-5 years of graphic design experience required.
