Job Description:
The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for all functional aspects of one or more software projects in the client's new Software Management Suite. Working closely with the Development team, sales, customers and Product Managers, the candidate will own the project schedule. The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for defining and managing software project schedules, coordinate with internal and external team and produce project related documentation . In addition to project schedule, the Program/Project Manager will be required to create, consolidate or acquire relevant information for product features/enhancements. The Program/Project Manager must be comfortable with a fast-paced, customer driven, growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
? Create, define and update development project status and progress.
? Organize and consolidate product requirements from customers, prospects, sales, PS, development
? Coordinate with internal and external team for project status meeting, design review.
? Generate and publish updates/reports for each project to the whole company
? Produce project related documentation.
? Analyze customer/roadmap impact based on resources/priority shifting
? Education and support of new team member.
? Partner with Engineering, Product Manager, documentation and QA in support of quality products that are delivered on-time

Job Requirements
? Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in program management, product management, project management, or engineering management for an enterprise software company
? Experience working in team-oriented environment
? Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
? Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
? Must have solid understanding on Java, XML, J2EE technology.
? Technical or business degree
