Responsibilities:Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures to economically and efficiently evaluate software products Write test plans and test cases, and use them to test software for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards Assure application quality and adherence to customer requirements by being a testing advocate during all steps in the product development lifecycle Design, implement, document, and maintain test tools and scripts used to perform build verification tests and regression tests Record issues found during test and communicate with technical staff on issue resolution and retest

Requirements:B.S. in computer science or related field with some CS coursework 3+ years experience in software quality assurance Experience testing network enabled products Solid knowledge of software quality assurance principles and processes Ability to listen and understand complex issues Ability to prioritize work loadAbility to work as a productive member of a development teamExcellent communication skills, both written and oral Experience with programming and technical writing considered a plus Experience with audio a definite asset
