Accela, Inc. the leading provider of government automation solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced Software Support Representative to work in our Customer Resource Center in the Visalia, California Office.?

Responsibilities include:

?

Providing software analysis and support to Accela customers.

?

Required Qualifications:

????????? Experience with relational data systems (Oracle and/or MSSQL), including management, development, and reporting.

????????? Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

????????? Must work well as part of a team and have great communication skills.

????????? Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, and organized.

?

Desired Qualifications:

????????? A four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.

????????? IT experience is a plus

????????? Customer support experience and leadership skills are a plus.

?
