A bleeding edge Software development firm in north Austin is seeking a talented Technical Support Manager to manage a dynamic group of Software Tech Support Analysts. We need a rock solid manager who can turn our Support Center into a fountain of knowledge.

Job Requirements:
3-5 years experience in a Management role mentoring and training Tech Support Agents within a software development environment.
Experience tracking metrics and monitoring calls to enhance the quality of the service received by clients.
Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or Business related field (or equivalent experience).
