Sales Technology Sr. Developer
Job Description : Responsible for supporting the technology delivery track of a sales automation tool integration effort for our CRMS-Sales Effectiveness Practice. This person will be responsible for technology design, build, test and deployment efforts for various tools and technology solutions including: Siebel Systems CRM/SFA/Compensation Management, Oracle-PeopleSoft CRM/SFA/Compensation Management, Amdocs ClarifyCRM/SFA, Salelogix SFA, Salesforce.com SFA, SAP CRM/SFA/Compensation Management, Callidus Compensation Management, Azerity Compensation Management and Centive Compensation Management.
Education: Bachelors Degree in M.I.S. or Engineering, Advanced Degree Desired.
Experience Required: The appropriate candidate will have significant technology experience in developing and architecting sales automation tools including Account Management, Contact Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Advanced sales Reporting and Analytics, Partner Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Compensation Management and Contract Management for the defined sales automation technologies.
Candidate Must Have :
- 3-5 years of CRM technical systems experience
- Top Tier consulting background with Big 4 or CRM Consulting firms
- Experience in the Communications Sectors, including Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment as well as the Cable and Utilities industries
- Tehcnical Development Experience with Seibel Sales Force Automation
- Live in one of 21 Core BCS cities and preferably in Northeast or Midwest based cities
