Senior Account Manager Software Sales

AMC is looking for a Senior Account Manager who is responsible for software sales to large enterprise clients, directly and through partners.

Responsibilities include:

 

?  Identify and qualify customer needs

?  Open and penetrate new accounts

?  Maintain relationships with existing accounts

?  Delivery of AMC product demos

? Build sales funnel to meet sales objectives

?  Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle

?  Utilize and manage support resources effectively

? Build strong relationships with accounts at all levels

? Communicate on an on-going basis the status of all opportunities and manage internal expectations

? Continuously update the sales reporting system

?  Provide realistic forecasts

 

Qualifications:

 

?  Experience selling software, preferably in the CTI or CRM arena

?  Bachelors degree

?  Verifiable ability to consistently achieve quota

?  Strong presentation, written, and oral communications skills

?  Ability to work as part of a team
