Senior Business Analyst, IT
Demonstrate expertise (min 5 yrs.) in data analysis, data management & statistical analysis using health care claims & other sources of healthcare data. Must posses strong organizational skills & exceptional analytical & communication skills, both written & oral. In addition to a BS or BA degree, posses minimum 7 yrs experience in SQL programming, web based decision support portal development (.NET experience a plus), data warehouse development & administration.
Ensure every dataset included in production meets the necessary quality standards. Work w/financial analysts, program directors, programmers & customers to resolve any data quality issues as quickly as possible.
Assess completeness & accuracy of new and/or complex client data submissions releatie to implementation plans & summarize issues for customers & internal teams.
Manage each production database update, ensuring the highest standard of quality & accuracy.
