Senior Business Process Consultant

The ideal candidate for the Senior Business Process Consultant position has deep process improvement and project management expertise, is skilled performing diagnostic assessments of current state processes and implementing quantifiable improvements, is highly motivated, goal oriented, has superior communication skills, and five or more years of experience in process improvement, with at least two years in a senior or lead role.



Responsibilities:

? Lead the process identification, performance requirements development, as-is analysis and to-be design phases of client process improvement projects.

? Ensure that client projects meet specific cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

? Manage project resources, staffing levels, and budgets effectively.

? Serve as mentor and coach to more junior consultants.

? Lead in the facilitation of discussions and meetings with senior-level client staff.

? Participate in project training activities, including knowledge transfer, delivering training in a classroom setting or on-the-job, and preparation of instructional materials and visual aids.

? Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities and strategies for the continuous improvement and optimization of implemented systems and business processes.

? Build and maintain deep understanding of Acetta?s Turning Point process improvement methodology. Leverage project experience to contribute to future versions of Turning Point.Requisite Skills:

? Bachelor?s degree (BA, MIS) or equivalent work experience.

? 5+ years managing process improvement initiatives to clients in increasing positions of responsibility.

? Ability and willingness to travel nationally.  Position is initially based out of Denver but may require travel or relocation after 6 months.

? Consultative in approach with ability to apply neutral perspective to analysis.
