? Developing Client/Server Applications

? Support and re-factor existing applications

? Architect, Design, and Implement new applications or systems

? Manage and/or participate in multiple high priority projects simultaneously and interacting with your peers to make the best technical decisions

Minimum Technical Skills:

? General understanding and usage of Microsoft Technologies (2 ? 3 Years)

? General understanding of Programming Techniques and Practices (5+ Years)

? General understanding of .NET Framework (2 ? 3 Years)

? C# or VB.net (2 ? 3 Years)

? Win Form development (2+ Years)

? SQL Server 2000 (1 Year)

? OO Architecture, Design, and Implementation (3 Years Minimum)
