Responsibilities:
Investigate new technologies for image and signal processing
Collaborate with customers on product definition and joint R&D
Play a key role in internal product development and joint development, licensing, etc. with partners

 

Required Skills:

?  BSEE or related degree with an MS preferred.

?  Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development in the technical areas stated below or equivalent combination of education and experience

?  Broad technical knowledge related to Image and Signal processing in medical and/or military and industrial applications

?  Hands on experience implementing communication protocols, drivers, API?s etc. for imaging and/or signal processing applications

 

Preferred Skills: 

?  Knowledge of HDL and FPGA-based design

?  Excellent written and verbal communications especially in articulating architectures, design specifications and product requirements

?  Excellent programming skills using C/C++ and assembly languages

 

Nice to Have:

?  Experience with vector processing, architectural modeling and higher level design tools
Knowledge in parallel computing concepts and programming (multi-threading, multi-core, etc) with Intel and AMD processors.
