You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality core application using a progressive mix of open source and traditional technologies in our development environment and for our frameworks. Responsibilities Analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment for this new consumer site.  Lead and participate in requirements, design, and code reviews Plan project scheduling, identify and track issues and risks, and communicate status to project stakeholders Ensure project timelines are met with high quality deliverables Leverage Java, J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, etc., to build and maintain highly scalable, highly available, modular code Document (UML etc) and model solutions. Qualifications A self motivated, team player with excellent communication skills Well rounded problem solving skills MSCS with software engineering experience Solid J2EE/server-side java experience Strong knowledge and practice of software engineering practices Enterprise level/large project application development experience is a must Experience in designing/developing complex, scalable, distributed systems is a plus
