Senior Java Developer Needed To Contribute To The Open Source Platform

With over 3,500 customers worldwide, we maintain an active presence across industries such as Finance, Government, Entertainment,High Technology and Telecommunications.
Currently we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Java at the system level, and be very strong with Multithreading and Object Oriented Programming. Any experience with Extreme Programming and Agile Methodologies would be a major plus, as would experience with Web Services (XML, XSLT, SOAP). You will spend 30% of your time doing design and architecture and 70% of your time in development and mentorship. A strong Computer Science background is highly desired.
This position will be within a brand new group in our organization. This group will be leveraging Open Source technology, contributing to the Eclipse Platform. Any experience with Eclipse would be a major plus, though not required.
