Senior MS .Net Programmer

InteliSea LLC designs and develops automated monitoring and control systems and interfaces for the marine market. Founded in 2005, the firm is already established in the industry and is seeking a senior level developer to become a prominent member of our team.

Required Education:

BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

C# or VB.NET programming ( 5+ years )
Sql database ( 5+ years )
TCP/IP communications from .NET
Binary serial stream communications
Graphics rendering

Helpful Experience:

Programmable logic controllers
Real-time data acquisition/processing
Action Script/Flash programming

Position Details:

The InteliSea application is a monitoring and control system for large luxury yachts. The selected candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing a collection of .Net components that support the InteliSea application. InteliSea performs real-time data acquisition from a series of Ethernet based industrial devices like PLCs, serial, CAN, TCP and other stream converters. The application monitors the data for alarm detection and state logging. It also broadcasts the data in real time to connected user interfaces.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing from detailed specifications with an eye on code elegance and reduced execution time. Candidate should be equally comfortable working alone and with a team.
