Senior Manager, QA & Systems Engineering Team

Are you an experienced QA Manager who would like to work in a dynamic and fast-paced web development environment? Do you thrive on managing a strong team of Software Development Engineers in Test? Do you have the vision and leadership skills to lead a team of 5 or more SDETs tasked with testing various parts of the largest E-Commerce website in the world? The QA Manager will be responsible for defining test strategy; participating in and influencing new product planning and design; working with the SDETs to design and implement automated tests and tools; leading the team and continuously improving people management and process management; and being an advocate for quality.



The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Test Lead experience, including the analysis and implementation of various test methodologies and tools, experience managing and motivating a team of strong SDETs, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience shipping multiple software releases and have strong technical skills. Familiarity with C++, Java, and/or Perl is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
