Senior Product Specialist

 We are currently looking to add to staff a Senior Product Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and participate in pre-sales calls alongside sales reps as well as to provide technical presentations and product demonstrations in order to contribute to the overall success of the sales efforts.

 Additional Responsibilities Include:

?  Product Demonstrations

?  Performing technical presentations

?  Developing sales tools

?  Trade Show support

?  Pre-sales client demo product distribution, training, and support

?  Translate customer requirements and constraints into viable solutions

?  Assist the sales team in developing:

o Statements-of-work

o Responding to RFP?s

o Positioning products in a complex environment

?  Act as technical advisor and mentor to customers, sales, and services across a
wide spectrum of technologies

?  Track relevant industry trends and maintain a close relationship with product development to keep abreast of new product initiatives and releases

?  Sales product training

 

 

Required Training, Experience and Education:

 

?  2 to 5 years front-line experience in healthcare IT

?  Bachelor?s Degree Required

?  Familiarity with HIS and EMR Systems

?  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required

?  Strong computer literacy

?  Excellent oral and written communication skills

?  Ability to be flexible and self motivated

?  Arranging presentations and conducting demonstrations and/or site visits

?  Ability to Travel up to 70%

?  Clinical background and hospital work experience preferred
