Senior Project Manager

Associate will manage complex application system projects and be accountable for delivering a quality product on time and within budget; balance the competing demands for project scope, time, cost, risk, and quality; ensure that overall project change control, project schedule control and project quality control are integrated in the project management process; ensure that risks are identified and that appropriate risk management techniques are followed through the project life cycle; understand and comply with established corporate and IT standards and methodologies or make appropriate alternative recommendations; develop project plan including IT staffing, contractor, vendors and business partner support; create and modify project schedule and track plan to actual using company standard project management software; track multiple projects or independent pieces of large, complex projects on a combined plan; ensure business requirements are delivered and fully understood by the development team; manage the requirements of stakeholders; meet customer expectations by producing agreed upon deliverables on time, within estimates and without errors; proactively manage customer expectations on current and future business needs; initiate and facilitate post-implementation project reviews and solicit feedback from customer areas after implementations; recognize opportunities for system or process improvement and make recommendations or take appropriate action.



Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years Business Analyst or Project Management Experience; study/PMP certification; ability to manage projects with medium to high complexity; manage team of up to 30 associates; understand and apply the PMBOK knowledge areas and key processes; apply knowledge of industry practices and trends.
