RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role of the Senior Sales Consultant is to evolve existing customer implementations of Logical Apps products into enterprise wide deployment of the full product suite. This individual must be highly motivated with a professional and personal demeanor who thrives in a challenging environment. The Senior Sales Consultant  is responsible for developing and maintaining committed relationships with Logical Apps customers, managing the customers? overall service experience and investment. 


The Senior Sales Consultant coordinates Logical Apps services, maximizes customers' benefits using Logical Apps solutions, develops revenue opportunities, and ensures the successful closure of new business in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers. The Senior Sales Consultant will work closely with the professional service group and the support analysts on dealing with both tactical and strategic customer issues.

 Main Responsibilities

?  Thrill Logical Apps customers by providing outstanding customer service

?  Proactively seek ways to improve the customer experience

?  Act as an internal advocate for customers

?  Ensure executive level visibility to the strategic value of each customer

?  Develop strong and strategic customer contacts and relationships

?  Ensure that each customer benefits from the deployment of the Logical Apps solutions

?  Act as a central point of contact for the client's non-case issues

?  Solicit customer feedback on both product uses and upcoming projects to help position the customer to benefit from Logical Apps products and services

?  Identify trends with customer service requests and escalate with the appropriate resources from both Logical Apps and the customer

?  Drive and maintain customer satisfaction  levels to the highest level and achieve official customer reference from accounts

?  Conduct quarterly account review with each customer account

?  Understand and articulate a customer?s business and the impact Logical Apps solutions have on that business

?  Work closely with cross functional team on product issue resolution (Support, Professional Services, Channels and Development)

?  Track and communicate any escalated issues to internal teams and customer

 

 

Requirements:

?  Strong business, relationship management and influencing skills

?  Proven problem analysis and solving skills

?  Strong technical skills with the ability to deliver product demonstrations

?  Strong time management, organizational and presentation skills

?  Strong customer focus and understanding of World-Class Customer Service

?  Strong interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communications

?  Strong sales and negotiation skills

?  Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimum supervision

?  Ability to plan and drive projects to completion by teaming across multiple organizations

?  Must be comfortable engaging with C-Level, technology teams and customers

?  Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Applications

?  Minimum of 3 years in pre-sales, consulting  and/or technical support

?  Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
