Oracle Identity Management Development team has responsibility for design, implementation, and testing of Oracle's Identity Management products.  This department also has responsibility for the design, implementation and testing of multiple Identity Management connectors which integrate Oracle's offering with a wide variety of external systems (including Oracle product offerings as well as other third party offerings).

Detailed Description

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing requirements.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A minimum of four years of software engineering or related experience preferred.

 

 

 

Preferred Skills

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

?  3 to 5+ years experience with Object Oriented Design and Development.

?  Current (3+ years) hands-on experience developing commercial software using Java or C++.

?  Familiarity with application servers like Oracle OC4J, JBoss, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere.

?  Understanding of database systems, SQL and data modeling principles. Experience with commercial databases, such as Oracle and SQL Server.

?  Recent experience with J2EE, JMS, EJB, and LDAP.

?  Background in Web technologies, including JSP, Servlets, Struts, JavaScript, and Web Services.

?  Demonstrated success in working with highly scalable systems: Web and Back-End.

?  Business pressure sensitivity.

?  Thoroughness to produce meaningful documentation.
