Senior Technical Support Analyst

Want to work for a leading provider of global marketplace and ecommerce software and services for companies such as eBay, Amazon.com, and Yahoo!?

An ideal candidate would be able to provide technical support for web-based applications and associated services, utilize support tools and resources necessary to get the job done, and support channels that may include e-mail, instant messaging, and telephone. A Sr. Technical Support Analyst would proactively identify areas within the application where improvements can be made to provide enhanced ease-of-use and functionality and provide training and advanced trouble-shooting to other CSAs as well as identify and implement enhancements to customer support workflow and tools as needed.

Job Specifications:
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Work independently to research and resolve technical issues
? Work as a team member to share application knowledge
? Flexible work schedule, including rotating shifts of nights and weekends
? Advanced knowledge of company?s software and services
? Knowledge of eBay, Amazon, Overstock, and similar online marketplaces
? Knowledge of Froogle and other online shopping channels
? HTML, FTP, SQL and other web application-related protocols/languages
? Prior experience with ticket management system (Salesforce.com, Remedy, etc)

Additional skills and experience: The following, while not required, would benefit the Sr. Technical Support Analyst, and are preferred:
? Systems analysis and design
? Web application development
? Knowledge of core Internet protocols and applications
? Additional technical training
