As a senior designer in our UI design team, you will create concepts
and prototypes to synthesize business objectives and project
specifications into easy-to-use, fast user experiences for Citrix Online
Web sites and unique, award-winning Web-based products. You have
experience designing dynamic, data-driven Web pages, software
applications and end-user interactions utilizing established user
interface design principles, demonstrating independent planning and
implementation.
 
You have gained progressive recognition as a specialist in one or more
fields of design: Graphic Design, Usability, Human-Computer
Interaction or Information Archictecture. You are an ardent advocate
of user-centered design and the customer experience, placing user's
needs over those of the system. You have worked on diverse projects
of varying scope and complexity, exercising judgement, applying
creativity and ingenuity in the investigation and solution of complex
design or development problems.
 
You know the appropriate tools and processes to create and implement
great interactive experiences and have a portfolio of compelling and
intuitive user interfaces that demonstrate business-oriented,
user-centered design. A BA degree in Graphic Design, Human
Computer Interaction, Human Factors or Computer Science is
preferred. 4-6 years of experience in Web-based interactive design or
software application design is required, with demonstrated expertise
in interactive and visual design. You have experience applying user
task analyses, user scenarios and navigational models in creation of
flowcharts, wireframes and written specifications.

You are are able to mentor and motivate less experienced colleagues
and comfortable providing direction and guidance.
