Senior Web Producer (HTML, XHTML, .ASP, CSS)

Technical responsibilities:Build web pages to duplicate creative designs using HTML, XHTML and CSS. Maintain and upgrade site functionality with .ASP and JavaScript. Code XSLT to create merchandising templates for our proprietary content management tool. Responsibility for both day-to-day code upkeep and code standards Develop and implement new designs and site functionality.Project & management responsibilities:Direct a production team of two or more. Budget the time and resources of the production team and guide the team to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Work closely and proactively with the larger project team to ensure project success, from the planning stage to code development to deployment. The larger project team will often involve peers in Editorial, IT, Copywriting and Graphic Design. Represent the department at project meetings and project development strategy sessions. Requirements:5+ years experience hand-coding HTML. 5+ years experience coding .ASP and CSS. Prior project management experience and demonstrated ability to direct the work of others. 1+ years experience with XML, XSL and XSLT highly desirable. 1+ years experience with JavaScript a plus.
