Siebel Business Analyst

Large enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Siebel Business Analyst. Duties involve providing production and project support for various CRM applications. Will work with current team members in the Customer Mgmt group to gain knowledge and understanding of the Siebel applications, currents projects, and company processes and procedures. Will also participate in knowledge transfer/training plans to be utilized as tools and guidelines for new employees. The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of two years of solid experience supporting Siebel CRM Application and general Siebel Application knowledge. Required skills:
? 2 years of Siebel Application knowledge, preferable in the Financial Services industry.
? 2 years of Siebel Application support experience of the CRM application .
? Proven ability to work well with IT and business units.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent written/verbal communication, and customer service skills.
? BA or BS in Business, Computer Science preferred.
? Ability to analyze business needs, and propose system solutions.
? Proven analytical skills as applied to system functionality and business/system processes through problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
? Proven work experience with automated testing, development of test cases, and test plans.

Desired skills:
? Knowledge of an automated issue tracking system such as HP Service Desk and Merant.
? Ability to work in a team environment.
? Ability to conduct meetings, user sessions, and product demos.
? Ability to multi-task and handle more than one assignment and/or project at a time.
? Able to work independently to complete assignments with little supervision.
? Working knowledge of Siebel Analytics.
? Working knowledge of Actuate reporting.
