Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing a set of integrated analysis services to the rest of the IT organization and the business community. The individual must have strong Siebel business process skills, communication and influence skills, and be highly customer oriented.

Responsibilities
? Gathers information from business users and works to understand their needs and requirements.
? Ensures business requirements are clearly documented and communicates to business
  stakeholders. Recommends changes in business processes and roles.
? Analyses business processes within functional areas, including but not limited to Siebel Sales,
   Marketing and Call Center Management. Responsible for one or more of the following types of work:
   business analysis, options proposals, project testing, implementation, training.
? Acts as the business process expert in integrating Siebel solutions
? Works with development and QA to test solutions and ensures they meet business requirements and
  specifications. Presents and validates solutions with users.
? Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and works with the developers to set user
  expectations on new projects. Trains users in new system functionality.
? Establishes strong working relationships with the rest of the organization, QA and the Production
  Support team.REQUIREMENTSCritical Competencies/Minimum Requirements
? 8+ years experience in global software development and deployment required
? 6+ years experience in business process analysis of Siebel required
? Certification for Business Analysts in Siebel 7 or higher required
? Multiple full life cycle Siebel implementation experience supporting large projects required.
? Experience working with CRM concepts, ERP, enterprise integration of Siebel, Siebel architecture,
  Siebel Sales and Marketing and Call Center modules.
? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science with Business Management (or related field) or equivalent
  work experience required.
? Proven experience in implementing cross functional systems initiatives. Skills in managing multiple
  and often conflicting priorities.
? Project life cycle management experience and complete familiarity with Siebel business process
  issues.
? Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Multi-tasking, time management, organizational skills required.
? Ability to deliver against technical and financial plans.
? Software industry experience highly preferred.
