Siebel Systems Administrator

Manage day-to-day Siebel Admin tasks related to workflow, email manager, account creations, responsibilities, reviewing logs etc. Server patch installation, upgrades to newer version of Siebel Participate in releasing new changes to production (DEV-to-PRD process) Pro-actively manage performance Manage mobile client sync, changes to configuration files etc. Configuration of new object managers for web client applications
Skills: Strong knowledge of Siebel Enterprise architecture/components Excellent troubleshooting/performance management skills Knowledge of mobile clients, various configuration parameters Knowledge of Siebel development/change management using dev-to-prd & SRF deployment process Siebel upgrade experience (from 7.7 to 7.8) Single sign on using LDAP authentication Familiarity with deployments using firewalls
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent
