Siebel TPM Practice Lead
Adecco Technical is seeking a Siebel TPM Practice Lead who will be responsible for the provisioning of CRM solutions with a focus on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) in line with CoE Siebel strategy.
The Practice will also be the single authority for design, delivery and implementation of Siebel CRM, including a library of artifacts enabling world-class, re-usable, value-adding TPM solutions on the most current Siebel platform.
Accountabilities:
* Develop a clear strategy for Siebel TPM that supports the delivery of the Global Centre of Excellence CRM Strategy.
* The lead will be the single global leader for Siebel TPM solutions delivered for all businesses in each Regional Operating Unit.
* Manage the projects to deliver the Siebel TPM solutions either directly or via a senior project manager.
* Ensure that the Siebel TPM solution delivered exploits the best of Siebel and related warehouse automation technologies to meet the requirement of the Centre of Excellence Siebel CRM strategy.
* Forge strong and enduring links with Marketing Managers and Customer Focused Directors, building a trusted partner relationship.
* Identify recruitment and training requirements to ensure the team and their skills are developed, respected and admired in the Practice
Source and lead a talented and agile team to implement world class TPM solutions.
* Manage the development of practice members through effective coaching and mentoring.
* Institute the tools, plans and documentation via a library or repository that would accelerate: Consistent, repeatable implementation plans / reporting and communications / repeatable training materials, for future projects.
* Implement best industry Siebel Practices around: Development processes and standards, Development tools, System landscapes and upgrades, Learning and certification process.
* Work closely with the Architecture team to drive convergence of future solutions and skills.
Pre-Requisites:
Recognized in the industry and an expert in Siebel Trade Promotion Management, to include:
* Minimum of 8 yrs of experience in implementing Siebel CRM systems
* At least 4 implementations in Siebel TPM
* Project Management skills and proven delivery experience
* Prior practice management experience in a large consulting organization (Siebel Certification)
* Proven experience and in-depth knowledge in CRM business processes
* A good understanding of business models or global models in an FMCG organization.
* A rigorous understanding of Siebel system landscapes.
* Ability to work with multiple priorities in delivery and project organizations.
* Experience working in large and distributed teams in multiple geographies.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a talented team of IT specialists.
* A collaborative approach including effective conflict management.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and cross-cultural.
* Possess strong influencing, negotiating and relationship management skills.
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international)
* The ability to lead change and to provide direction within a constantly changing and dynamic business.

Regression impact of any changes to the productive business fully accounted for such that there is no down time due to changes from a new or existing business unit.
