Siebel Technical Lead

 

The Siebel Technical Lead will be a seasoned Siebel specialist with experience in Siebel v7.x  Pharma or Life Sciences with focused experience in Siebel Analytics. This lead role will be responsible for Siebel Analytics report development and serve a technical liaison managing technical issues with a Siebel Application support team.  An understanding of EIM layer and the Siebel data structure is a must.  The technical lead will have responsibility for managing incidents, troubleshooting with other support resources, and managing to resolution and will have primary ownership for all Analytics issues.  The technical lead will also own documentation at each phase (design, build and test) and ensure successful testing and migration to production.

 General Siebel Experience

 Minimum 3 years experience with Siebel implementations. Knowledge of Siebel configuration management and experience supporting Siebel production environment. Excellent communication skills required. Experience in WorkFlow Manager, Business Service, and Assignment Manager. Experience with incident management and resolution Support periodic review of technical design modifications and changes Siebel 7 Certified preferred

 Siebel Analytics Experience:

 In-depth technical experience specifically in Business Intelligence tools focused on data modeling, report development.  Strong understanding of CRM process flows and how they relate to establishing data warehousing, data management, and analytic architectures. Experience in using expression builder and built in functions Experience in designing & developing Siebel Answers request, prompts, filters, page and dashboards layout Experience in designing and building repository using STAR schemas Experience in designing and building dimension hierarchy, business measures Designed and built fact and dimension in data mart Development of reports, using tools such as Actuate/Crystal or other technologies (e.g.: VB/Access, Excel) SQL Experience

Siebel Analytics Server Architecture certification

Worked on Siebel Answer request column formatting and constraints

Worked on multi-user repository

Worked with disparate data source

Extensive knowledge in Siebel Tools Configuration and eScripting

Development associated with the Siebel eBusiness technology (JavaScript, ASP, etc)
