Responsibilities



Looking for an experienced analyst to assist in the planning and execution of several CRM migration projects related to recent acquisitions. Will be involved in the technology integration or CRM. Involves the strategic planning and also the execution of system. Will be working hands on in determining tghe CRM data and then wrapping the new business and acquisitions around a process and system. Responsibilities will include the development of data migration and system integration strategies, development of business process strategies, project execution/management, and user support/training. This is a combination of technical skills and business skills (60/40 business). Must have excellent communication skills in working with users and executive management. Not looking for a database guru or deep technical developer of Siebel. Need someone that can understand the technology, but that can relate and speak to the business needs and determine strategy of integration.



Requires experience with;

Salesforce.com or Siebel OnDemand (ASP CRM solutions) Web Services/CRM interface development



Essential Job Functions:

? Facilitate the gathering and development of business/technology requirements

? Facilitate the development of data migration and system integration strategies

? Assist with execution of migration/integration strategies, working closely with Technology and Siebel teams

? Build and execute migration test plans

? Assist with project communications

? Assist with user support and training

? Interface with Siebel for any support issues



Requirements:

? Bachelors degree or equivalent.

? 5+ years CRM experience managing Siebel, Salesforce.com, or an equivalent system

? Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

? Experience migrating a major CRM system and associated business processes

? Experience integrating a CRM system with another major system

? Strong knowledge of CRM/database technology, including databases, SQL, and reports

? Ability to interface with individuals at all levels of management

? Strong written and oral communication skills



Working Conditions:

? Work is performed in an office environment.

? Travel to Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco regions may be required
