Position Summary:

 

? Achieve customer satisfaction by providing timely and knowledgeable response to clients? technical problems and concerns.

 

? Troubleshoot and document complex software issues.

 

? Maintain software for existing accounts.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

?  Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline and 5 + years experience in the Software Industry.

 

?  Previous experience as part of a leading edge technical support organization.

 

? Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Query Analyzer.

 

? Ability to travel and work as needed to meet Company objectives valid drivers? license for State of residence and legally required automobile insurance;  provide 24/7 on-call responsibility shared with other Technical Services Department staff on a rotating basis.
