Software Communications Lead & Trainer

Looking for a professional...need lead person for implementation of the HR Change Management effort for SAP project.

-Ensure that the elements of the Change Management Plan (stakeholder management, readiness assessment, communication, training, etc.) are appropriately planned, resourced and successfully executed.
-Build out the key messages, education and overall presentations to be used with end users (with oversight of Employee Communications)
-Interface directly with the SAP Core Team (IT & HR Project Managers, Platform & Regional Leads), along with key project stakeholders in Change Plan development and execution.
-Demonstrated ability to lead change efforts for global, large-scale systems implementations (enterprise-level).
-Experienced in working with change management methodology and its application in a system implementation environment
-Able to anticipate the needed interventions to ensure system integration success amongst end users
-Experience in enterprise wide system launch for a large company
-Specialty skills in communicating HR work process and system use to broad employee population
-Proficient in written, verbal, virtual communication skills
-Able to use state of the art technology to implement training and communication efficiently
-Experienced in building a communication and education strategy/plan for enterprise wide, large scale system implementation
-Able to use system office tools to create deliverables (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio)
-Able to communicate to various levels of management to present plans, status and deliver communications and training where needed.
