Software Developer - Co-op

IBM's Software Group's Application & Integration Middleware (AIM) Services division is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic student intern to add to the team| As a co-op software developer, you will develop and maintain solutions focused on streamlining software support, web support processes and metrics. This will require that you get up-to-speed on some of our existing tools, provide some of the necessary maintenance and design and deliver new requirements. In addition, you will also focus on improving & streamlining measurements, where the collection, evaluation and analysis of data will be required. You will also be responsible for maintaining our intranet site and updating our internet web pages. Successful candidates will work with a highly motivated team developing solutions based on the latest internet technology. Candidates must possess outstanding communications skills, with the ability to prepare & deliver presentations and technical documents. Experience with Java, HTML. Web development, Domino Designer, Perl, and analytical problem solving is strongly preferred.

Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Durham, NC. Candidates should be working toward a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
