We are currently looking for high caliber software developers, development manager, or technically-turned product managers to join our team to take part in the acceleration of product enhancement to the fast growing market demand of AgilePoint BPMS. The job will require frequent engagements with customers, distributors and partners via email, phone, Web conferencing or on-site. Because of the nature of a start up, it is paramount important that the individual must be highly motivated, self-driven, self-reliant, versatile and with the ability to develop creative and pragmatic approaches with minimum resource to deliver results. Successful individual will have opportunity to grow into a key management position in the company.



Specific Duties in general include:

* Client advocacy

* Proactively monitor critical development functions to ensure customer delivery milestone and schedules are not negatively impacted

* Facilitate communication on any concerns, assisting in the development of alternative solutions and risk mitigation plans as needed

* Act as point-of-contact when escalation of critical issues is necessary

* Review and provide advice on product enhancement recommendations and directions

* Coordinate or provide hands-on training via Web conferencing or in person.

* Ensure the tracking and resolution of issues are managed in a timely manner



Required Skills and Background:

1) Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem solving skills

2) Must have strong verbal, written communication and customer-facing skills

3) Proficiency in overall project risk assessment and mitigation planning

4) Strong training, mentoring and motivational ability

5) Issue management and resolution skills

6) Experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio.NET.

7) Experience in Microsoft Visio, InfoPath, SharePoint, BizTalk, CMS a plus.

8) Understanding in n-tier architecture, Web-based applications and interface.

9) B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering or related field with 3+ years experiences in software development, product management.
