Software Engineer - Entry Level

IBM is seeking a competent and motivated software engineer to join their WebSphere Process Server (integration platform based on SOA) L3 (a.k.a Sustaining) team. This team investigates & resolves varied problems reported
by customers who are installing/migrating/upgrading to the latest release and/or building their business processes. Candidate must analyze customer concerns quickly, formulate and implement creative and innovative solutions to satisfy their needs - have excellent verbal and written communications skills - possess willingness to take ownership of projects and successfully drive to solution - be able to effectively collaborate with development and support teams - be able to effectively manage and prioritize workload based on an ever changing set of demands - be a quick learner, good team player
with strong customer service ethic. Major Field of Study: Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Skills:
Problem solving and Analytical Skills, Verbal and written communications skills, Collaborative skills. Java/J2EE,
Database (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and transactional Skills, Multi-platform support (Windows/UNIX/Linux).

Desired Skills
