Software Engineer - Gaming to $90k+ - Gaming

Job Description:
Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. As a software engineer for this growing, dynamic gaming company. Provide technical expertise to produce design specifications from informal requests or written specifications. Use programming languages to design create, modify or maintain software for this company's Gaming Systems Department. Languages may include C, C++, Assembler, Progress, JAVA, or other common development languages. Knowledge of operating systems such as UNIX, AIX, Microsoft Windows 95 and Microsoft NT. Write documentation to describe program development logic, coding and corrections. Provide documentation to Technical Publications for customer installations and operational procedures. Assist in all application testing with GSD Engineering and Product Assurance. Assume project level responsibility and ownership of resulting actions with limited supervision. Provide leadership to project team members. Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
BSCS/BSCS degree or equivalent. Minimum 8 years programming experience, of which 4 years as programmer/analyst are required. Intimate working knowledge of C, C++, or related programming language. Working knowledge of UNIX (or derivatives), Windows 95 NT. Gaming experience preferred. Proven track record of project management and team leadership. Gaming card required. Must be at least age 21. Occasional travel required. Must have a valid State of Nevada driver's license and clean driving record.
