Software Engineer (Help desk, Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Maryville Technologies is seeking Software Engineers to join our team.  Our ITSM consulting service offers a proven approach to identifying disconnects between IT and the business while managing the complexities of the technology needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Maryville consultants work on some of the most challenging and complex problems faced by our clients today. 

 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in  development of applications in Asset Management, Change Management, Help Desk, and Problem/Incident Management for both out-of-the-box solutions and custom development. 

- Development experience in tools such as Remedy, HP Service Desk, CA Unicenter, Heat, Magic, Peregrine Asset Center or other similar solutions highly desired.

- Strong understanding and experience in the full software development life-cycle.

- Experience with database development and ITIL knowledgeable a plus

- Experience working in a Big 4 or consulting environment.

- Position may require travel to other Maryville geographies.

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

- Strong communication skills with ability to interface with client and team members are an absolute must.
