The Software Engineer, Siebel Developer is responsible for all aspects of Siebel development, including Configuration, EIM, EAI, Browser scripting, Server scripting, and Workflow development.  The Software Engineer, Siebel Developer participates in all phases of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining user needs, providing input to functional design, doing configurations/customizations, testing, and troubleshooting. The Software Engineer, Siebel Developer works with the development team on project migration and deployment plans, as well as assisting in monitoring and configuring business applications for availability and performance.

Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in CIS, MIS, IS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with emphasis in information systems, or related field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, physics) Siebel development experience on Siebel is required and Siebel 7.5/7.8 experience is preferred Experience with Siebel's Call Center/Contact Center desired Experience with programming in Visual Basic and SQL desired Accepts on call pager rotation per schedule Prolonged use of a computer Ability to travel (0-10%)
