Software Engineer, Synthetic Environments

Job Description
Serve as the lead programmer for simulation engine to test intelligent cognitive agents. Develop, maintain, and extend simulation environment to support development and evaluation of cognitive agents. Use and extend 3rd party simulation environments to provide a custom simulation engine featuring photorealistic image generation, physics-based constrains, scripting, actor behavior representation and actor population. Design and develop tools to support synthetic image generation, audio sources, avatars, and cognitive agent APIs.


Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have hands-on programming experience with synthetic environments, virtual reality, or gaming engines required. Experience with DirectX, OpenGL, Delta3D, OpenFlight or other image generation tools required. US citizenship or Permanent residency required. BS or higher in Computer Science.
