Technical Job Requirements:
? 4 year college degree, preferably in Computer Sciences
? 5+ years of full-time programming experience
? Strong Object Oriented Design, Relational Database Design, and XML Design
? Ability to produce clear technical design documentation
? Ability to collaborate and brainstorm with other developers in a team environment
? Visual Studio.NET (ASP.NET, VB.NET)
? VB6.0, COM/COM+, ASP, ADO, XML, XSL, XPATH, JavaScript, DHTML, T-SQL, MS SQL XML
