SUMMARY:

The individual selected for this key position will be based at our new North American headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut and adhere to the highest standards of excellence in providing project implementation and technical support services to our prestigious U.S. clients. Working primarily from the customer site, you will collaborate closely with our strong team to deliver a quality solution that meets our customers' needs.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Project implementation Technical support Database migration Software installation Application training 2nd Tier Help Desk support to end-user organizations within normal business hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of customer relations experience including application software installation, technical training, and pre- or post-sales technical support. Strong desire for a hands-on relationship. Fluency in written and oral English. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding analytical and project management skills. Proven expertise in Windows Operating Systems. Demonstrated knowledge of SQL & Oracle databases and TCP/IP networks. Proficiency in Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS). Experience with financial management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strongly preferred. Willingness to travel nationwide to support our customers. Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).
