Manage a small development team (prior management experience)
Expertise in writing code and building applications (enterprise web applications)
Properly collect all of the technical requirements
Handle the pressures of constant change
Can work well with other groups (internal and external)
Can communicate extremely well (internal and external/client-facing)
Proficiencies with Web Technologies, SQL Server 2005, Windows Server 2004, Visual Studio.Net
