Software Integration Engineer

Award winning Accounts Receivable Software Firm based in Schaumburg, Il.

We are rapidly expanding and seeking solution engineers to implement our software solutions throughout the US. We have enterprise solutions in all areas of the ?Credit to Cash? process including Auto Cash Application, Collection and Deduction Management, Trade Promotion Management, Accounts Receivable, Credit Scoring/Management. Our applications include a robust analytics and Business Intelligence engine.

We are looking for a Implementation Consultant to work with clients and our team to implement our solutions at our customer sites in the western United States. If you have a passion for excellence and enjoy working with a tremendous team this is the right opportunity for you.

You must have the following skills to apply for this position:

1.  Excellent SQL and Oracle skills with at least four years of experience.

2.  At least four years of experience interfacing with large ERP systems.

3.  Coordinate and consult with clients regarding product installation and configuration requirements, definition of schedules, problem resolution, etc.

4.  Perform installation and configuration of product, including defining and writing custom reports.

5.  Develop and implement custom store procedures, when needed to integrate 9ci?s applications with our client?s ERP systems.

6.  Participate with ongoing customer relationship, including problem resolution and enhancement requests.

7.  Implementation execution working on multiple concurrent projects.

8.  Participate with project initiation and planning.

9.  Accountable as part of a project team for ensuring product delivery.

10.  Assess assigned project viability in the customer?s environment and recommend strategies and tactics to satisfy customer needs.

11.  Collaborate with the client?s internal IT staff and end users to facilitate transitions.

12.  Foster and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels.

14. Ability and willingness to travel.

13.  Provide input and coordinate with project managers and integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
