Software Performance Architect

The Software Core Services group provides the infrastructure on which RMS builds its solutions. As the Performance Architect, you will own the scalability and performance aspects of our desktop and distributed applications.  You must be comfortable at all levels of abstraction: from strategy to architecture to design to implementation, and know how and what to measure effectively in each realm. ?  Ensure product architecture meets strenuous performance and scalability goals

?  Hands-on opportunity to identify and remove performance bottlenecks in complex data- and compute-intensive applications

?  Drive the growth of a performance measurement culture in the development organization Required Skills: 

?  BS in Computer Science or equivalent required. Advanced degree a plus

?  3+ years of software performance engineering experience

?  8+ years of product development experience

?  Deep experience with Microsoft technologies highly preferred
