US Citizenship or no work restrictions are necessary for immediate start. Relocation available for candidates residing in North America.

 

$120,000 To $150,000 (Depending on Experience)

MUST HAVE the following: Streaming Server knowledge, Ten years of Software Development and Design-working with multi-tiered, multi-platform applications; Experience of having Architectural responsibility for software Products. Basic Technologies: C/C++, Web Technologies, .NET architectures, J2EE and/or C#, Network programming, Apache, Windows 2000, Windows NT, LINUX, UNIX.

Description:

Key individual for technical directions of Software Products.

Visualize, Design, determine architectural and technical direction.

Must be current in state-of-art technology marketplace data, customer demands and the long-term project roadmap.  Responsible for ensuring reusability and long-term benefits.

Final word on architectural, technical and design points.

Ability to solve complex architecture and design problems.

Make recommendations for changes.

Decisions based on costs of solutions versus benefits and risks.

 Requirements

Streaming Server in-depth knowledge

Ten years of software design and development.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science

Five years of application design and development.

Enterprise level experience of 1000 users+

Multi-tiered, multi-platform applications.

Responsibilities as Chief Architecture for definition and technology direction.

Performance and scalability tuning.

C, C++, Web programming, .NET architectures and C#

Shrink Wrap software products background.

Database design and database performance tuning.

Microsoft Platforms: Visual Studio, C / C++, VBScript, MS SQL Server (database design, SQL, stored procedures), ADO, COM, .NET.

UNIX, LINUX and Apache development.

Web technologies: client-side - W3C Web standards and specifications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP / HTTPS, XML (XPath, SAX, XSLT, XSD), Active-X, Java Applets, DOM). Server-side - MS IIS, ASP / ASP+ / ASP.NET, ISAPI.

Implementation of secure web applications

Object-oriented design.

Internationalization of applications.

Code reuse and code refactoring.

Multiple releases of single software product.
