Rapidly growing technology company in Maynard, MA looking for experienced and independent self-starter.  In addition to excellent QA skills, you must have good written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrable history of success. You will be creating and structuring our QA process so you must be experienced, creative, knowledgeable, and motivated.

 

Primary Duties

 Manage team to evaluate, test, and verify software functionality according to user requirements. Design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of test plans, cases and test tools used to perform and build verification tests, regression tests, and end-to-end smoke tests, as well as those that track and analyze test results. Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects and enhancements, to analyze problems and improve testability Test the database for data integrity Oversee testing performed by QA and non-QA staff

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

 5 or more years experience in software quality assurance methodologies and testing Skilled knowledge in testing concepts and tools Experience configuring and testing multi-tier web applications on Windows technologies (IIS, SQLServer, Windows 2000/2003) Demonstrated writing skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in small team environment Experience with multiple web technologies such as XML, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
