Requirements/Skills:

 

Documentation of test plans, test cases, test summaries, risk analysis, software defects

Worked in environments of multi-tier complex systems involving UNIX, XML, SQL, Oracle, .NET

Experience in managing and/or leading small software QA teams

Experience in coaching, mentoring and training software quality analysts

Knowledge of QA Best Practices and implementation

Experience working closely with other teams within IT such as development, PMs, development

Able to give testing timelines, scope and risks with high accuracy and commitment

Able to create/use automation software such as Loadrunner/quicktest pro/Rational software

Strong desire to help teach and train others

 

Excellent verbal and written skills

Strong team player

 

Nice to have ---

 

3+ years lead/manager experience

4 year degree

Strong knowledge of backend testing and database verification
